Liaquat National Hospital and Medical College and JBS marked the go-live of the hospital's Oracle Loan Management System with a signing ceremony at the JBS head office, bringing both project teams together to close out the deployment.
The milestone reflects the ownership and dedication shown by both teams across the project journey. Implementations of this kind depend less on the software itself than on the working relationship between the client and delivery teams over the months leading up to launch, which is what made the ceremony worth holding in person rather than marking with an email.
